Junior Recruitment Consultant

Printerpix is a fast-growing international e-commerce business operating across 9 markets, specialising in personalised gifting D2C. We are rapidly expanding our Dubai AI engineering team alongside marketing analytics and digital marketing functions, and we need a recruiter who can keep pace with that growth.
This is not a request-and-process role. We need someone who goes out and finds the right people, builds relationships, negotiates hard, and closes. If that sounds like you, read on.
What You'll Be Doing:
Your core focus will be hiring for our Dubai office:
  • Sourcing and hiring AI engineers, marketing analysts, SEM executives, digital marketing professionals, & adhoc roles.
  • Running end-to-end recruitment, from proactive outreach and screening through to offer, negotiation, and close.
  • Managing multiple live pipelines simultaneously without letting anything slip.
  • Building candidate relationships before you need them, not after.

You will also support our London office from time to time:
  • Sourcing front-end, back-end, and full-stack developers, primarily from international candidate pools & ad hoc roles.
  • Coordinating remote screening and assessment across time zones.

And occasionally:
  • Ad hoc HR administration — onboarding documentation, contract management, employee queries.
  • Keeping hiring managers and senior stakeholders clearly briefed on pipeline status and market realities.

Who We're Looking For:
The non-negotiables:
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience sourcing technical, marketing, or digital roles, agency or in-house, we care about output, not background.
  • Proven closing skills, you know how to get a candidate over the line and how to hold a position on an offer.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English, you will communicate regularly with senior leadership, and your messages need to land precisely and professionally.
  • Highly organised, you are managing multiple roles at once, and you have a system that works.
  • Hunter, not farmer, you do not wait for CVs to land in an inbox, you go looking.
  • Must hold a valid UAE residency visa that can be converted to a work permit — we do not offer employment visa sponsorship.

Ideally, you also bring:
  • Experience hiring for AI, machine learning, or software engineering positions.
  • Familiarity with SEM, paid social, performance marketing, or e-commerce hiring.
  • International sourcing experience, identifying and attracting candidates for relocation.
  • Working knowledge of UAE employment processes and work permit requirements.
  • Experience with HR administration in a growing business.
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS, or similar sourcing tools.
  • Familiar with using AI as part of their role to maximise on role effectiveness and reporting.
