Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Research Associate / Scientist to join our API R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing synthetic routes for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and intermediates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute multi-step organic synthesis for APIs and intermediates.
• Conduct reaction optimization, process development, and scale-up activities.
• Analyze reaction mixtures using analytical techniques such as TLC, HPLC, GC, and NMR.
• Maintain detailed experimental records and prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in process development and technology transfer.
• Ensure laboratory safety, compliance with SOPs, and adherence to cGMP principles.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience in purification and analytical techniques.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety and good documentation practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
