Job Title: Junior Resident (JR) – General Surgery

Job Summary:
We are hiring Junior Residents to support patient care in the General Surgery Department . The role involves working closely with senior residents and consultants in a multidisciplinary setting. Candidates will assist in patient management, clinical rounds, diagnostic procedures, and departmental duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate medical care for surgical emergencies and assist in the management of acute general surgical cases.
• Participate in daily ward rounds, patient monitoring, documentation, and surgical case discussions.
• Assist in pre-operative evaluation, intra-operative procedures, and post-operative care under supervision.
• Perform and assist in diagnostic and therapeutic surgical procedures as per departmental protocols.
• Maintain accurate surgical patient records and ensure timely follow-up of investigations and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with nursing staff, anesthesia, and allied healthcare teams to ensure efficient surgical care.
• Support undergraduate medical students during clinical postings and contribute to bedside teaching.

Qualifications:

• MBBS from a recognized medical college.
• Valid registration with the Medical Council.
• Fresh graduates or those with prior clinical experience are welcome to apply.
