Job responsibilities:
With a growing market position and reputation among the fashion forward jewellery brand in Egypt, the brand is actively putting its manpower planning as cornerstone for its success. This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Junior Sales Associate. Responsibilities include the following:

Understand that the sales associate’s role extends beyond the sales activity to the ambassadorship of the brand.

Demonstrate constantly updated knowledge of the inventory (materials, price & styling plan).

Ensure all time that products are properly displayed according to the visual merchandising (VM) direction.

Stay updated on the industry insights & key market pulse indicators on daily basis from gold, stones pries & exchange rate.

Ensure that all showroom processes are followed according to the brand's SOP document.

Ensure that customers are being offered the proper CX journey that rise to the brand’s internal standards.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business through the customer retention tactics.

Manage the client relationship through a personalisation of service that satisfies each client’s need.

Ensure an integrated level of coordination with colleagues regarding daily customer inquiries and deal evolvement.

Ensure a follow through mechanism across all generated leads from walk in customers.

Ensure a reporting mechanism with the colleagues & supervisors.

Ensure an integrated level of reporting with head office through the designated channels.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the showroom at all point of time.

Ensure a full control and high-level awareness of inventory levels, Cash levels at all point of times.

Take ownership of proactively getting informed on industry, market trends & the competitive landscape.

Personal qualifications dimensions:

Education: Bachelor’s degree is required

Language: English fluency is required.

Experience: 1-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably proven experience in luxury fashion.

Possession of a sales driven mindset with a focus on providing unique & personalised customer experience.

Possession of ability to be proactive on new initiatives.

Possession of a high level of adherence to corporate policies & SOPs.

Flexibility to work in non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.

Flexible to work in a dynamic team, fast paced retail environment & constantly evolving work dynamics.

Possession of a high level of eagerness to learn, to acquire new skills professionally and personally.

Ability to speak publicly with high presentation skills.

Proficiency of basic computer skills.
