Junior Sales Associate - Pharmaceutical Printing

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Associate to support our sales team in the pharmaceutical printing sector. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in sales within a regulated, quality-driven industry. The Junior Sales Associate will assist with client outreach, account support, and internal coordination to help drive sales growth and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support senior sales staff in managing existing client accounts, including client calls, visits and industry events
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding printing capabilities, timelines, and general service information
• Coordinate internally with production, quality, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Learn and maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical printing standards, FDA labeling requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), compliance requirements, and company offerings
• Assist with prospecting and lead generation, including research on potential customers and markets
• Prepare sales materials, quotes, proposals, and presentations in coordination with sales and production teams

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or life science (e.g., Biology, Chemistry).
• 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical printing sales, or related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present technical information
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Willingness to learn technical products and regulated industry requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to develop a career in sales
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for local travel to client sites

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
