We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our company’s growth by generating and qualifying high-quality leads. This role is heavily focused on prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification, making it ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in B2B SaaS sales and demand generation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B leads for our software products
- Build and maintain targeted prospects based on ideal customer profiles
- Execute outbound lead generation activities via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Quality leads based on interest, business needs, and fit
- Engage prospects through follow-ups to nurture early-stage interest
- Book discovery calls or demos for the sales team with qualified leads
- Maintain accurate lead data and outreach activity in the CRM system
- Track lead generation metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, and qualified leads
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging
- Continuously learn product features, buyer pain points, and target industries
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interest in lead generation, prospecting, and B2B sales
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and handling objections
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales tools (or willingness to learn)
