About the Role

Artwing Studios is looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in selling Creative and Digital Marketing Services. You will support senior team members, engage with potential clients, and help identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Creative and Digital Marketing Services sector.
• Support senior sales team members in managing and nurturing client relationships.
• Participate in client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, digital) to help ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on general industry trends and service offerings.

Requirements

• 0.5 to 1.5 years of experience in sales (preferably in Creative / Digital Marketing or related fields).
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and confidence are also encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and basic negotiation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and understand digital marketing services.
• Strong research skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to expand skill sets and take on new challenges beyond assigned tasks.
