Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support our
Customer Success operations
by serving as a local representative for our global technology partners and B2BMerx systems, ensuring effective communication and support for our customers in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities

Follow up with clients after onboarding to ensure successful system usage

Support customers in using POS / ERP systems effectively

Represent international technology providers and B2BMerx systems locally

Maintain client communication and ensure customer satisfaction

Contact and follow up with existing and potential clients

Coordinate between clients and technical teams

Assist in client onboarding and system setup follow-up

Handle client inquiries and basic support requests

Maintain client data and prepare reports

Prepare basic quotations and follow up on proposals

Meet clients in showroom when needed

Communicate with clients via phone and attend occasional field visits
Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong expertise in Excel (essential)

Fluent in Arabic

Good English communication skills

Good communication skills over phone and in-person

Organized and able to follow up with multiple clients

Basic understanding of business systems is a plus
Preferred Background

Degree in Business, MIS, IT, or related field
