Junior Sales Executive – IT Services

We are looking for a Junior Sales Executive – IT Services who has hands-on exposure to Upwork and LinkedIn and is eager to grow in international client acquisition and IT sales.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals who want to build a career in software sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through Upwork and LinkedIn
• Identify and analyze client requirements for IT services
• Write and submit proposals on Upwork
• Approach potential clients via LinkedIn outreach
• Coordinate with technical teams for accurate proposals
• Maintain CRM or lead tracking records
• Follow up with prospects professionally

Requirements

• 3–1 year experience (fresh candidates encouraged)
• Practical knowledge of Upwork bidding & LinkedIn lead generation
• Good English written and verbal communication
• Understanding of IT services & project-based sales
• Target-oriented and proactive mindset
