Junior Sales Executive Required

Job Purpose To support sales growth by lead generation, initial client engagement, and appointment setting for KSA/GCC prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold calling, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Find, Qualify leads and book demos/meetings for senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups in CRM.
• Understand basic product/service offerings.
• Follow daily activity targets strictly.

Eligibility / Requirements

• 0–2 years of sales or call center experience.
• Good spoken and written English. (Arabic will be a plus)
• Willingness to work with targets and scripts.
• Basic understanding of KSA/Gulf market is a plus.

KPIs

• Daily calls/messages
• Qualified leads generated
• Demo/meeting bookings
• CRM data accuracy

Compensation

• Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
• Compensation will be paid at the end of contract period.
