Job Summary
- Conduct regular meeting/daily huddles with their team-members to provide feedback, update status of team performance and take feedback from SEs.
- Build customer advocacy through managing best in class sales process in terms of customer communication and service
- Observes and addresses any weaknesses in sales process including customer intercept, engagement and communication.
- To ensure that team performance meets desired objectives and goals set by Management.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding KPIs for the channel including TM Events management, MGM (member get member) & target marketing listing.
- Will work towards building a sales culture which becomes a benchmark in terms of meritocracy, diversity and adherence
- Be willing to perform a Individual sales contributor role without team management responsibility with applicable targets in case of specific business circumstances
- Perform leadership role and work with the Sales Executives to deliver team targets as agreed with the Sales Manager
- Deliver individual targets in addition to team targets based on the channel rules.
- Keep an eye on the competition and provide timely feedback to key stakeholders/ decision markers.
- Work closely with Sales Support/Operations and CIU for smooth functioning/ flow of applications and processes.
- Handles customer queries and complaints on priority to build a client centric culture.
Sales Control and Governance Management
- Timely and comprehensive communication of any issues / potential threats to senior management.
- Achieve satisfactory audits and Local Regulatory Audit results.
- Drive compliance and control initiatives. Ensure full adherence to all internal policies and procedures and external legal and regulatory requirements.
- As a part of daily sales huddles with Sales Executives, update & reinforce credit policies, product proposition, criteria etc.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Knowledge/Experience
- Manage sales teams of not more than 12 staff.
- Preferably with 1 2 years' experience in managing a team in a target based environment.
Skills
- Track record of outstanding individual sales performance and/or overall business performance.
- Possess good business acumen, effective interpersonal skills, and is excellent at written/spoken communications.
- Strong leader, entrepreneurial, driven and passionate for sales.
