Junior Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
• Explain different types of lights (LED, ceiling, panel, downlight, etc.).
• Give prices and prepare quotations.
• Maintain product displays and update stock.
• Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales.

Experience Requirements

• 1 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales or lighting/related industry is an advantage.

Core Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple leads.
• Basic analytical skills to track sales performance and market trends.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital sales platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Driving license preferred.
