High-Energy Call Center Sales Environment

This is an in-office sales role where phone communication is the primary responsibility. Representatives spend most of their workday making outbound calls, speaking with business owners, qualifying opportunities, and building their sales pipeline.

Qualifications

This is a phone-based sales role in a high-volume outbound call center environment.

Preferred Experience

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, collections, finance, business development, or other sales/finance/business related roles.
• Previous high-volume phone experience is a plus but not required
• Experience working toward goals, quotas, or performance metrics preferred

Compensation

• Base Pay: $23.75/hour
• Uncapped commissions (must meet required goals/KPI’s to qualify)
• Bonus opportunities– including monthly bonus opportunities for first 3 months of employment

• M-F 7AM-4PM; Alternative schedules not available.
