System4 connects commercial clients with trusted service providers for janitorial and facility management needs. We don’t perform the services directly - we manage the relationships, contracts, and quality so our clients can focus on running their business.
The Role
We’re looking for multiple motivated, relationship-focused Junior Sales Representatives to help grow System4’s presence across the Seattle and Tacoma Metro areas. This is a field-based role designed for someone who’s ready to learn professional sales, develop confidence in business conversations, and make an immediate impact.
You’ll spend about 80% of your time in the field meeting prospective clients, learning how to identify opportunities, and supporting the sales cycle. The rest of your time will be spent in the Meridian office - organizing your accounts, collaborating with the team, and growing your skills under the guidance of experienced sales professionals and the executive team.
This position offers a path toward becoming a Sales professional, with hands-on coaching and a supportive, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, and cold calls
- Identify and qualify opportunities
- Set and run sales appointments
- Learn to lead discovery conversations and craft client-focused solutions
- Support the proposal, follow-up, and onboarding processes for new clients
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure a strong client experience
- Learn to negotiate pricing and secure profit margins
- Learn to develop accounts for revenue retention and growth
- Track activities, leads, and progress using company tools
- Represent System4 with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity
What You Bring

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated and proactive - able to work independently while being coachable and open to feedback
- Thrives in the field and enjoys active, relationship-based work
- Some education or experience in sales, business, or customer service is preferred, but not required - we’ll train the right person!
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using smartphone apps, Google Workspace, and basic Microsoft tools
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base: $45,000–$50,000 DOE and market
- Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and rewards
