The Role

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls using advanced CRM software to assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and service upgrades.
  • Execute consultative sales techniques to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate auto insurance or wireless products.
  • Perform precise data entry and record management to ensure order processing and account updates are handled with 100% accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and solve customer concerns using a combination of empathy, product knowledge, and efficient problem-solving frameworks.
  • Multitask across multiple digital platforms and communication tools to maintain high efficiency and met performance KPIs.

What You'll Need

  • At least 6 months of experience in Sales, Upselling, or high-touch Customer Relationship Management (CRM) environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to navigate complex digital databases quickly.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a proven ability to persuade and influence customer decisions.
  • A growth mindset and the desire to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, cooperative corporate environment.
