We are looking for a Junior SAP Consultant to join our team. We will teach you everything we know about SAP and help you grow in the field.

No work experience is required!

WHAT DOES A CONSULTANT DO?

An SAP Consultant helps companies configure, implement and support their business processes. Their job is to translate business needs into SAP solutions and connect the technical side (developers, system setup) and the business side (product managers, engineers).

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate+), excellent speaking skills to participate in meetings with English-speaking customers.
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts: IT project delivery process, tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.), and methodologies.
• Higher education in IT, economics, or finance.
• Business Analysis skills (communication with stakeholders to define business process flows), either from work experience or university.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Knowledge of SAP products, or experience with any other ERP/CRM systems as an end user or a key user.
• Product Marketing/SMM skills (creation of marketing and demo assets like product tours, demo scripts and walkthrough videos).
• Knowledge and/or experience with Figma / Canva / graphic design and video editing tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand business processes, talk to different teams to learn how Professional Services projects are sold, planned, resourced, managed, and evaluated.
• Configure and customize various SAP products, like SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, and others, to deliver Professional Services.
• Execute, test, and record business processes to capture and create marketing and demo content.
• Provide ongoing support. If something isn’t working or needs improving, be there to help.
