Junior SAP SCM Functional Consultant

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated SAP SCM Functional Consultant with 13 years of experience to support SAP operations across Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), Invoicing, and MIS reporting. The role involves day-to-day SAP functional support, issue resolution, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP SCM processes including SO, PO, and Invoicing
• Handle L1/L2 support tickets and user queries within defined SLAs
• Assist in issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution
• Support O2C (Order to Cash) and P2P (Procure to Pay) processes
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and basic dashboards
• Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes and enhancements
• Assist in documentation of processes, SOPs, and user guides
• Support audit and compliance activities as required
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience as SAP SCM Functional Consultant
• Basic to good understanding of O2C and P2P processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP SO, PO, and Invoicing
• Exposure to SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments
• Familiarity with SAP support processes and ticketing tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in SAP SCM support projects
