Junior SEO Specialist (Lahore Office) – Soft Solution

Soft Solution is seeking a dedicated and analytical Junior SEO Specialist to become a core member of our digital marketing department. We require an individual with a passion for driving organic results, a strong foundational knowledge of search engine algorithms, and 1–2 years of documented, hands-on SEO experience.

Role Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing strategies that enhance online visibility, increase qualified organic traffic, and align SEO and content initiatives with the company's broader digital objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategy Implementation: Plan and execute integrated on-page, off-page, and technical SEO campaigns.

Research & Analysis: Perform meticulous site audits, comprehensive keyword research, and thorough competitor analyses.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report key metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

Content Optimization: Work closely with content creation teams to ensure the development of high-quality, fully optimized material.

Off-Page Strategy: Conceptualize and manage effective link-building initiatives to enhance domain authority.

Essential Requirements:

Professional Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of demonstrable SEO experience.

Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of current SEO best practices, ranking factors, and core algorithm principles.

Tool Proficiency: Mandatory experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console.

Web Fundamentals: Basic understanding of HTML, optimal website structure, and techniques for page speed optimization.

Skill Set: Excellent analytical capabilities and strong reporting skills.
