Junior SEO Specialist (Service-Based Industry)

Job Summary

We are looking for a specialist who understands the Service-Based Funnel. Unlike blogging or affiliate SEO, your focus will be on ranking high-intent service pages for industries like Kitchen Remodeling, Roofing, and B2B Agency services. If you know how to optimize for "Hire Now" intent rather than just "Read More" traffic, we want to talk to you.

Technical Key Responsibilities

• Service-Page Architecture: Building and optimizing silo structures for service websites to dominate topical authority.
• High-Intent Keyword Research: Identifying "Transactional" keywords (e.g., "Remodeling contractors near me" or "SEO Agency services") to drive direct inquiries.
• Local SEO & GBP: Complete management of Google Business Profiles, including local citation building and proximity ranking strategies.
• Technical SEO Audits: Conducting regular audits using Screaming Frog to identify and fix crawl errors, schema issues, and Core Web Vitals.
• Schema Implementation: Proficiency in implementing JSON-LD Schema (LocalBusiness, Service, and FAQ) to enhance SERP visibility.
• Conversion Optimization: Working on landing page elements to ensure SEO traffic converts into lead forms and phone calls.
• Link Building: Executing outreach strategies specifically for the Home Improvement and B2B sectors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on agency experience managing Service-Based clients (No blogging-only profiles, please).
• Industry Knowledge: Practical experience in the Home Improvement, Remodeling, or Agency niche is highly preferred.
• Tools: Expert level in GA4 (Conversion tracking), Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• WordPress/Elementor: Ability to optimize on-page content and metadata within WordPress environments.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and provide technical reports that correlate SEO growth with business revenue.
