Junior Site Engineer (Interiors)

Overview
Assist in the on-site execution and supervision of interior fit-out projects. Ensure work adheres to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Site Supervision: Oversee daily interior activities (false ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, etc.).
* Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings/BOMs.
* Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, labor, and in-house design team.
* Reporting: Track progress, manage material consumption, and prepare daily site reports.
* Snagging: Assist in punch list creation and ensuring timely rectification of snags.
* Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in interior execution/fit-outs.
* Skills: Strong communication, site management skills, and knowledge of MS Office/AutoCAD basics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
