Junior Site Supervisor

A Junior Site Supervisor assists in managing day-to-day site operations on construction or project sites. The role ensures work progresses safely, on schedule, and according to specifications. Under the guidance of senior supervisors or project managers, the Junior Site Supervisor coordinates workers, monitors site activities, handles documentation, and ensures compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily site activities and workforce coordination.
• Monitor progress to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to plans.
• Support implementation of safety procedures and conduct basic site inspections.
• Report site issues, delays, and resource needs to senior supervisors.
• Maintain site records, attendance sheets, and basic project documentation.
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers as required.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are available and properly used.
• Support quality control checks and adherence to project specifications.
