Position: Junior Site Supervisor

The Junior Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and supporting the on-site execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works, ensuring activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with site teams, monitoring daily progress, reporting to the Project Engineer, and ensuring smooth site operations while maintaining compliance with safety and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise daily MEP site activities including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and labor for smooth site operations.
• Monitor progress and report daily activities to the Project Engineer.

Electrical & Technical Support

• Support installation and troubleshooting of electrical systems, panels, cabling, and basic control systems.
• Assist in HVAC installation (ducting, piping, units) and basic system checks.
• Ensure proper use of materials and tools at site.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Monitor use of PPE and safe working practices on site.
• Report any safety hazards or non-compliance issues immediately.

Documentation & Basic Computer Work

• Prepare basic reports using MS Excel/Word.
• Maintain updated site documentation and drawings.
• Communicate progress updates via email/WhatsApp as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / MEP or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of site experience in MEP works.
• Strong basic knowledge of electrical systems and site execution.
• Must have own conveyance for site mobility and field visits
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel).

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
