Junior Social Media Manager

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to lead content scheduling, strategy, and online presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will manage daily posting, plan content calendars, write captions, and grow the brand’s digital voice.

Responsibilities

• Plan monthly content calendar
• Post and schedule daily content
• Write captions in a clean, professional, luxury tone
• Manage DMs, comments, and community engagement
• Track analytics and optimize content performance
• Stay updated on trends and apply them to our brand
• Coordinate with videographer to execute content ideas
• Support campaigns for Neatly, Kenshō Stay, and new business lines

Requirements

• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Strong writing skills
• Understanding of analytics and reach growth
• Familiarity with Reels, TikTok trends, voiceover formats
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow brand guidelines

Salary: AED 4,500
