About the Role

We're seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to handle multiple brand accounts in a fast-paced agency environment. You'll be responsible for content strategy, client communication, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful social media campaigns.

What You'll Do

Content & Strategy

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms
• Conduct content and trend research to inform strategy and stay ahead of competitors
• Generate creative campaign ideas that drive engagement and audience growth
• Write compelling scripts for Reels and short-form video content

Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance and analyze key metrics
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights

Client & Team Management

• Communicate directly with clients to gather briefs, share updates, and collect feedback
• Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
• Manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency

Community & Content Creation

• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages promptly
• Maintain consistent brand voice and identity across all touchpoints
• Assist during content shoots and create mobile-friendly video content

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• Minimum 1.5 years as a Social Media Marketer or similar role
• Must have marketing agency experience working with diverse clients
• Proven track record managing both local and international brands

Skills & Capabilities

• Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative thinking with meticulous attention to detail
• Basic mobile photography and videography skills
• Comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Thrives in a dynamic, deadline-driven agency environment
