Junior Social Media Manager & Marketing Executive (Night-Shift)

We are a fast-growing software house working with multiple international brands across diverse industries. We are looking for a Junior Social Media Manager & Marketing Executive who can take ownership of client brands and manage their social media presence from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end social media accounts for multiple client brands
• Develop monthly content strategies and social media calendars
• Plan, write, and schedule engaging social media posts
• Coordinate with designers and video editors to create visual content
• Execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Monitor engagement, messages, and comments on social platforms
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and marketing strategies
• Work closely with the marketing and creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Excellent English writing and grammar skills
• Experience with content planning and marketing strategy
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
