Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Social Media Strategist to support our senior strategy team in developing, managing, and optimizing campaigns for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have internship experience in social media, a good understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and brand communication, and a flair for creating engaging content.

This role is perfect for someone with a fun, creative personality, comfortable on camera, and excited to contribute to content creation for social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior strategists in building effective social media strategies for clients
• Support in content planning, calendar drafting, and brainstorming campaigns
• Create engaging, original, and platform-optimized content (photos, videos, reels, graphics)
• Face the camera confidently for video content when required
• Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to generate insights
• Prepare client presentations, decks, and performance reports
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and copywriters for execution
• Participate in client calls and help with basic client communication
• Analyze platform insights and share recommendations for improvement
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, formats, and platform updates

Requirements

• Must have internship experience in social media, strategy, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Good knowledge of brand communication, audience analysis, and campaign planning
• Hands-on experience in content creation (photo/video/social media posts)
• Comfortable on camera and confident in creating video content
• Creative mindset with a fun, energetic personality
• Comfortable making visually appealing presentations (Google Slides/Keynote/PPT)
• Strong communication and basic client-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment
