Junior Software Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Software Engineer. The Junior Software Engineer will work on developing and maintaining software solutions, with a focus on back-end web development and programming. Daily tasks include implementing and testing software features, debugging and optimizing code, and collaborating with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. Additionally, the engineer will contribute to the integration of hybrid AI architectures within our platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Computer Science principles
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
• Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with AI systems or hybrid frameworks is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Basic knowledge of back-end devops and API/MCP/agent plugin integration
• Experience with database structure SQL or similar
• Exposure to cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with platform engineering concepts (containers, deployments, monitoring).
• Experience with cursor, windsurf, codex, claude code, gemini cli or similars.
• Experience with github actions/monorepos
• Experience with prompt engineering to improve developer productivity.
