Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Tester to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who want to start their career in the software testing domain. You will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, identifying defects, and ensuring the overall quality of our products.

You will work closely with the development and QA team to understand requirements, execute test cases, and contribute to delivering a smooth, bug-free user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, defects, and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and team members to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Perform regression, functional, and usability testing as required.
• Re-test fixed issues to ensure product stability.
• Participate in team discussions and contribute to improving testing processes.
• Maintain clear communication on testing progress, issues, and timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of experience in Manual Testing.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with testing tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
