Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen sections during service.
- Ensure correct preparation, storage, and labelling of food.
- Support training and guidance of CDPs and Commis.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Step into leadership roles during busy service periods.

Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years' experience as CDP or similar.
- Strong operational awareness and leadership potential.
