Junior Specialist – BOM & Specification

Type: Full-Time

Location: Bahrain, Sakhir

Qualification and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field, preferably manufacturing
• Proficient in written and spoken Arabic and English
• Conversant with Microsoft Office tools and systems used by RFI
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a structured, detail-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data sets (e.g., BOMs and SKUs)

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Prepare detailed product specifications based on first production samples, ensuring accuracy and completeness of technical data
• Create and maintain part numbers, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and production routings in NetSuite under senior guidance
• Ensure alignment of product specifications and BOMs with physical products and manufacturing processes
• Perform basic data validation in ERP, ensuring BOM costs are accurate and current
• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and update product documentation
• Launch MO and SO for external sample shipments
