MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and issue monthly fuel and electricity targets for all network sites by the 25th of each month, covering the subsequent performance period.

• Collaborate with the Planning team to formulate Tawal Pakistan’s annual energy forecast.

• Monitor and oversee daily refueling activities, consolidating fuel reports and ensuring alignment with established consumption targets.

• Manage the complete fuel lifecycle, including pilferage detection and control, efficiency monitoring, and optimization of fuel usage.

• Coordinate with FLM suppliers and the Finance team to ensure timely settlement of electricity bills, including handling DESCO adjustments, corrections, and approvals.

• Partner with FLM teams to drive compliance with energy targets, providing technical support and strategic guidance to meet objectives while maintaining full ownership of energy management operations.

• Promote energy optimization initiatives, prioritizing renewable sources such as solar power to reduce OPEX and lower carbon emissions.

• Define and track cluster-level energy KPIs, monitor sustainability performance, and identify improvement areas for ongoing efficiency gains.

• Benchmark the performance of energy-related products (e.g., rectifiers, batteries, RMS devices, solar systems), manage warranties, and engage with suppliers to enhance operational efficiency.

• Lead post-deployment assessments and gap analyses of newly implemented energy products or solutions, coordinating with vendors for swift issue resolution.

• Conduct parametric audits of network sites to verify operational compliance within warranty thresholds and identify conditions contributing to excess fuel usage.

• Design and implement automation initiatives across energy management processes to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability, including the development of new use cases for optimized energy utilization.

• Prepare detailed analytical reports on energy performance, fuel consumption, commercial power usage, and sustainability progress to support strategic business decisions.

• Process monthly fuel invoices in coordination with the Finance team, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with established procedures.

• Exercise full ownership of energy management responsibilities, demonstrating autonomy in decision-making and operational execution.

• Vendor Product performance and accomplishment of key features of the product

• Enablement of teams on product operations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering

B. Minimum Experience:

▪ 2-3 years of experience

▪ 1 year experience in EMT role
