Junior Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper-3years Experience Required

We are a small, local accounting firm, specializing in Entrepreneurial Business clients, and are looking for a focused, dynamic, positive, motivated individual to join our team with the goal of becoming a permanent long-term member.

We are looking for someone who is an out-of-the box thinker with at least 3 years experience in accounting and with proficiency in using QuickBooks (Desktop and On-Line Versions), spreadsheets and analytical tools and has prepared or worked with business and individual tax returns.

Salary is based on experience and ability and will be increased as skills increase.

This is not an entry level position and prior experience is required. This is a Full-time, on-site position. This is not a remote position.

We primarily use QuickBooks and UltraTax software as well as individualized spreadsheets and work papers.

You need to have working experience in using both versions of Quickbooks.

Ideally, you will have experience in preparing tax returns for businesses and individuals and have a working knowledge of UltraTax software.

English is required but being Bilingual is an added plus as we have many international clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
