Job Description

Job Summary:

The Junior Storekeeper will be responsible for managing and organizing inventory in construction projects, ensuring all materials are accounted for and readily available when needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Receive, inspect, and record all materials entering the construction site.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
  • Organize and label materials for easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of material requisitions and orders.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Candidate Requirements

  • UAE/MOFA attested bachelor's degree is a must.
  • Prior experience in storekeeping, preferably in construction projects.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures.
  • Ability to accurately record and track inventory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
  • Physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy materials.
