About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated Junior Systems Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent
opportunity for someone early in their career to work with enterprise-level technologies and
grow their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
You'll help maintain and support our IT infrastructure, including virtualized server environments,
network systems, and corporate email platforms. Working alongside our senior team members,
you'll troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and ensure our systems run smoothly and
securely. You'll also assist with user account management, system monitoring, and
documentation of our IT processes.

Required Skills and Experience:
We're looking for someone with hands-on experience or strong familiarity with VMware
vSphere and virtualization technologies. You should be comfortable working with Microsoft
Active Directory for user and group management, and have knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
for email administration. Experience with Juniper Networks equipment and SonicWALL
Firewalls is essential, as you'll be supporting our network security infrastructure.

What We're Looking For:
Beyond technical skills, we value problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and strong
communication skills. You should be eager to learn, able to work both independently and as part
of a team, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. A relevant degree or certification is
preferred but not required if you have demonstrable experience.

Pay: $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year
