JUNIOR TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE  

Preference : Males Candidates Only

Exp: 1-2 years in Pure IT Service Company. 

POSITION OVERVIEW  

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of proven expertise in recruiting for IT Service companies. This role involves end-to-end recruitment processes to identify, attract, and onboard top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. Our first preference is Male Candidates only.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Talent Sourcing & Screening:  Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.

Recruitment Process Management:  Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.

Scheduling minimum 5 interviews per day

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Stakeholder Collaboration:  Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team expectations.

Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and offer insights into talent market trends.

Database & Reporting:  Maintain and update candidate databases in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to track hiring progress and performance metrics.

Employer Branding:  Actively promote the company’s brand to attract and engage potential candidates.

Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events.

Additional Responsibilites  Conduct background verification for new joiners to ensure compliance and authenticity.

Collaborate with the system admin, HR administration team, and hiring managers to streamline the onboarding process and associated activities.

Plan and execute recruitment walk-in drives for bulk hiring to meet organizational needs.

Organize townhall sessions, office tours, and engaging onboarding activities to create a positive experience for new employees.

Coordinate with HR Team for any events happening in organization

Qualifications & Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in IT Service companies only and not in Product/Saas/Consultancy.

Strong understanding of IT roles and skill sets.

Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

HR Operations Activity  Support HR in onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.

Maintain employee records, ID cards, access cards, and asset allocation details.

Assist in employee life-cycle activities and HR operational tasks.

Participate in Event Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,507.49 - ₹20,000.00 per month
