Junior Technical Associate

About the Role

We are hiring fresh graduates with a background in Computer Science (CS), Computer Engineering (CE), Information Technology (IT), or Software Engineering (SE) to join our growing technical and development team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who want to build their career in web technologies, system operations, cybersecurity, and software development (Java & JavaScript).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and monitoring web applications and system operations.
• Support the team in website performance optimization, security configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Work with senior developers on Java & JavaScript development tasks.
• Perform basic cybersecurity checks, monitoring, and reporting.
• Prepare technical documentation and handle day-to-day support tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and solve technical issues.
• Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and internal systems.

Required Educational Background

Fresh graduates holding any of the following degrees are encouraged to apply:

• BS Computer Science (CS)
• BS Computer Engineering (CE)
• BS Information Technology (IT)
• BS Software Engineering (SE)

Required Skills (Fresh Candidates)

• Basic understanding of networking, servers, and web protocols.
• Entry-level knowledge of Java or JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of web security concepts (a plus).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative environment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
