Junior Technical Designer

We’re hiring a Junior Technical Designer to support the technical and construction side of our design projects. The role focuses on translating design concepts into accurate drawings and documentation under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate technical drawings, plans, and details
• Ensure drawings align with design intent and industry standards
• Update and revise drawings as needed
• Assist in material, finish, and fixture selection
• Support basic specifications (dimensions, materials, methods)
• Coordinate with senior designers, architects, and project managers
• Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Assist in preparing and updating BOQs
• Maintain organized technical documents and revisions
• Attend site visits with senior designers
• Support site reporting and quality control
• Assist in identifying cost-efficient solutions
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 2–3 years of relevant experience (design or technical role preferred)
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Basic knowledge of InDesign
• SketchUp, Revit, or other 3D tools are a plus
