Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter to support hiring for technical and business roles. The role involves sourcing, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Post jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1-2 year recruitment/HR experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
• Basic understanding of IT roles and terminology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
