About the Role

Sun Gold Power is seeking motivated, curious, and energetic individuals to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll work directly with customers over the phone to help them understand and select our products. You’ll handle mostly inbound inquiries to design quotations and systems to meet their needs. We provide training, so you don’t need prior experience—just a strong willingness to learn and engage with customers.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
• Help customers choose the right products based on their needs
• Explain product features in a clear and simple way
• Follow up on quotes and opportunities to close sales
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics, and technical support)
• Assist with outbound initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable learning and explaining technical products
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales

Preferred (not required):

• Sales, customer service, or technical experience
• Spanish language skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds or more as needed
• Occasional travel may be required for events or trade shows

Compensation & Benefits

• On-target earnings: $6,500+/month (uncapped commission potential)

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
