Junior Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior Marine Technician to support our team in servicing and maintaining boats, yachts, and marine equipment. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with basic technical knowledge who are eager to learn and build a career in the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior marine technicians in servicing and repairs of Air-conditioning Systems
• Support installation and maintenance of marine pumps, air-conditioning units, and electrical components
• Perform routine checks, cleaning, and troubleshooting of marine equipment
• Help with inspections, spare parts handling, and workshop preparation
• Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Marine Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of boat systems and marine spare parts is an advantage
• Ability to use hand tools and follow technical instructions
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply
