Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Test Engineer to join our team and contribute to the testing and validation of two-wheeler electric vehicles (2W EVs) . This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to learn about EV battery systems, motor testing, and software validation in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in Component Testing:

Support senior engineers in performance, durability, and safety tests for EV components (battery, motor, BMS, charger).

Learn to operate test equipment (cyclers, thermal chambers, dynamometers).

Data Collection & Analysis:

Help log test data and generate basic reports using Excel, Python, or MATLAB .

Assist in troubleshooting failures under guidance.

Software & Diagnostics Support:

Gain exposure to CAN bus tools (CANalyzer, CANoe) for vehicle communication testing.

Participate in BMS firmware validation under supervision.

Compliance & Safety Checks:

Learn about EV safety standards (AIS-038, ISO 26262) and assist in compliance testing.

Perform basic environmental tests (vibration, waterproofing).

Field Testing Support:

Join real-world ride tests to validate range, performance, and reliability.
Requirements
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automotive Engineering (or related field).

Internship/project experience in EV/battery testing is a plus .
Technical Skills (Basic Exposure Preferred)

Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, or data loggers .

Basic understanding of lithium-ion batteries or electric motors .

Interest in programming/scripting (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW).
