Job Description

We’re looking for a long-term Test Engineer Intern to join our growing team in Istanbul where we are located in Itu Arı Teknokent.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products through manual testing, bug reporting, and collaborating with developers and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Derive and maintain test scenarios and test cases from user requirements
• Design and execute manual test suites, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Log and track defects with clear reproduction steps and severity/priority classification
• Maintain test documentation and provide detailed execution reports to stakeholders
• Gain hands-on exposure to test tools and automation frameworks; contribute to automation efforts where applicable
• Perform API validation using tools such as Postman, including request/response verification and error handling

Requirements

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Understanding of core QA concepts such as test plans, test cases, regression testing, and defect lifecycle
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem solving
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional Agile teams

Nice to Have

• Basic programming or test automation knowledge
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Initial experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
• Experience in mobile or cross-browser testing
• Basic English reading/writing skills
• Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
