Junior to Mid-Level Video Creator & Editor (On-Site – Abbottabad)

TechTribe Dev is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Creator & Editor who can take full ownership of the video production lifecycle — from concept development and shooting to delivering polished, high-impact edits.

This role requires someone who not only edits but also understands modern content strategy, including UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns and product-focused video production. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that aligns with current trends and drives audience engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content
• Produce engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute UGC-style campaigns that resonate with target audiences
• Professionally shoot and showcase physical products with strong visual appeal
• Apply advanced editing techniques, motion elements, sound design, and storytelling
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in video production
• Strong videography and editing skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
• Solid understanding of content trends, branding, and audience engagement
• A strong portfolio showcasing both editing and shooting work

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (based on skills and experience)
