Junior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Jr UI/UX Designer with a strong background in designing intuitive user interfaces, engaging user experiences, and visually appealing statistical and dynamic designs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a passion for creating user-centric designs that combine functionality with aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create engaging user experiences that prioritize usability and accessibility.
• Develop dynamic and interactive design elements, including animations and transitions.
• Design data-driven visualizations and statistical graphics to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve designs.
• Ensure consistency in design elements across platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6-12 months of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience in designing statistical visualizations and dynamic, interactive design elements.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work, including statistical and dynamic designs.

Working Hours

• Afternoon: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Night: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
