We are looking for an experienced and motivated Intermediate Upwork Bidder who can help generate qualified leads, send strong proposals, communicate with potential clients, and support client acquisition for our digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork

- Write customized and effective proposals

- Send bids regularly based on company services

- Communicate with potential clients professionally

- Handle follow-ups and maintain client communication

- Track bids, responses, and conversions

- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the internal team

- Support the sales pipeline and help convert leads into clients

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an Upwork Bidder

- Good proposal writing and communication skills

- Basic understanding of client acquisition and lead generation

- Ability to handle follow-ups professionally

- Familiarity with digital services such as video editing, social media, design, marketing, and web services

- Target-driven and responsible mindset

- Ability to work independently and meet daily bidding targets

Bonus Points:

- Experience working in a digital agency

- Knowledge of Fiverr will be a plus

- Understanding of bidding strategies and client psychology

- Ability to close small to mid-level clients
