About the Role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Video Editor to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, a good sense of storytelling, and a passion for creating engaging content for social media and digital platforms.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to grow in a fast-paced creative environment while contributing fresh ideas to client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished and engaging video content for social media, ads, reels, and brand campaigns.
• Add music, sound effects, dialogues, graphics, animations, and visual effects where required.
• Collaborate closely with the design, content, and account management teams to understand project requirements.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all video content.
• Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Organize and archive video assets and project files.
• Stay updated with the latest editing trends, transitions, effects, and content styles.
• Assist with basic motion graphics when needed (optional but preferred).

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience as a video editor (internship or freelance experience counts).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Strong sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling.
• Basic understanding of social media content formats (Reels, TikTok-style videos, YouTube shorts, etc.).
• Ability to take feedback positively and improve iteratively.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
• A portfolio or sample work is required for consideration.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Media Sciences, Film Production, Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
