Role Summary We are looking for a Junior Video Editor to produce engaging video content for the agency and its clients — primarily short-form social content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) along with occasional longer promotional and YouTube videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for social platforms with strong hooks, pacing, and captions
  
• Edit longer promotional, testimonial, and YouTube-style videos when required
  
• Add subtitles, transitions, basic motion graphics, music, and sound design
  
• Design thumbnails and simple supporting visuals
  
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips
  
• Follow each client's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
  
• Keep raw footage, project files, and exports organized
  
• Work with the marketing/content team on the content calendar and turn around revisions quickly
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Portfolio or showreel is mandatory — applications without work samples will not be considered
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) and CapCut
  
• Basic motion graphics ability (After Effects or CapCut templates)
  
• Solid understanding of social formats: aspect ratios, safe zones, hook-first editing
  
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple small edits per week
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI video/audio tools (e.g., Runway, ElevenLabs, HeyGen)
  
• Basic color grading
  
• Photoshop / Illustrator basics
