Junior Video Editor and Motion Graphics Artist

About the Role

This is a production-focused role centered on video editing and motion graphics.

You will be responsible for turning raw footage into polished, high-impact content. The role requires strong execution in editing, along with the ability to enhance videos through animation and motion design. This is not a basic cutting job. The expectation is that you can take content from rough form to a refined, engaging final output.

What You Will Do

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing, and internal use
• Transform raw footage into structured, engaging content with strong pacing
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound design, and visual enhancements
• Create original motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects
• Design and animate titles, lower thirds, and visual elements that improve clarity and retention
• Apply color correction and basic grading to maintain visual consistency
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, ads)
• Collaborate with the team to execute content aligned with brand direction

What We’re Looking For Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in video editing and motion graphics.

Video Editing (Core Skill)

• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
• Ability to convert unstructured footage into clear, engaging edits
• Understanding of retention-focused editing styles
• Attention to detail in cuts, transitions, and overall flow

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Ability to create animations from scratch, not just use templates
• Strong command of Adobe After Effects
• Understanding of typography, movement, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to use motion graphics to enhance, not distract from content

Tools & Software

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects (essential)
• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator

Important Notes

• This is not a beginner role focused on learning basics
• Template-only editing will not meet the requirements
• Motion graphics and animation capability is mandatory
• Speed matters, but not at the cost of quality
