Junior Video Editor & Designers & Animator

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Junior Designer, Animator, and Video Editor to help produce engaging and visually compelling content for social media—especially short-form videos and reels.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a passion for animation and storytelling, and is excited to use AI-powered creative tools to enhance their workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualizing, designing, and producing social media reels, short videos, animations, and motion graphics.
• Create visually appealing designs, illustrations, and layouts for digital and social campaigns.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Pika, Canva AI) for ideation, asset generation, and enhancing video edits/animations.
• Edit and assemble raw footage, adding transitions, effects, sound, and motion elements to create polished final videos.
• Support the development of animated assets such as typography animations, character motions, and product visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing/content team to brainstorm ideas and bring concepts to life while following brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with trends in short-form video, social media design styles, animations, and emerging AI tools.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.) in terms of aspect ratio, quality, and format.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience (or strong internship/portfolio) in graphic design, animation, or video editing—preferably for social media content.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent software.
• Hands-on experience or willingness to work with AI-driven creative tools.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and visually attractive designs.
• Good sense of timing, pacing, visual composition, and storytelling.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to learn.
• A portfolio showcasing reels, animations, or social media video work (student or personal projects accepted).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
