Junior Videographer & Photographer and Camera Assistant

Job Summary

A Junior Videographer & Photographer supports the creative team by capturing high-quality video and photo content for events, marketing campaigns, social media, and internal projects. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who is developing their technical and creative skills while contributing to daily production needs. The candidate will work closely with senior staff to plan shoots, set up equipment, and ensure timely delivery of edited content.

Key Responsibilities

Videography

• Assist in planning and executing video shoots, including setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, events, and promotional videos.
• Support senior videographers in stabilizing cameras, organizing gear, and preparing locations.
• Edit basic video content, including trimming, colour correction, syncing audio, and exporting files.

Photography

• Capture high-quality photos for events, products, corporate activities, and social media.
• Assist in lighting setups, composition, and styling to achieve the desired visual outcome.
• Perform basic photo editing and retouching using Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.

Production Support

• Help maintain and organize all camera equipment, accessories, batteries, memory cards, and lighting kits.
• Ensure proper file management, labelling, and archiving of footage and photographs.
• Support the content team with creative ideas for visual storytelling and production improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule shoots and gather requirements.
• Assist with the equipment rental for the company

Experience

• 2 or 3-years’ experience in same field
• Portfolio or sample work is required.
